Day Two: Profit!

Okay, okay. It’s no great shakes but I had a pretty successful day.

Once the curfew was lifted, I undocked and ran about to see what damage the radiation storms had done. I was amazed! It seemed the storms had washed away space dust and debris leaving behind brilliant vistas which mine eyes had never seen. Planets and moons were no longer dull and faded but now teemed with life and color. I must say that if this is what radiation storms bring, let’s see some more.

After I had gotten an eyeful I decided to get to work. Because of my limited bank roll and personal distaste for inefficient mining, I wanted to find some trade routes to exploit. I bounced between two regions checking prices on several items before I found something I could make a profit on. I set out to make my fortune. After only three trips I had exhausted that route but my wallet was virtually busting with over 120k ISK. With a little more ISK to work with I began searching for another route.

Soon enough I found another that I could profit from. I was making a pretty good rake on this item when the market suddenly dried up. Someone else had caught wind of my little gold mine and bought up all the product. Thankfully this happened on a pick up run and not a drop run and I wasn’t stuck holding a loss. In the end I made over 200k ISK.

I hope tomorrow brings similar success.

Day Two Stats:
